The community wardens are the eyes and ears of the community providing a highly visible presence and driving clearly marked vehicles. As part of their every day duties the wardens patrol the area and are the point of contact for the reporting of problems or concerns the public may have.
The wardens pride themselves on being friendly and approachable and are able to deal with issues such as:
- Abandoned vehicles
- Fly tipping
- Dog fouling
Employed by Sudbury Town Council, in partnership with Babergh District, Great Cornard Parish Council, Glemsford Parish Council, Great Waldingfield Parish Council and Chilton Parish Council, the wardens encourage members of the public to contact them if they come across any problem so appropriate action can be taken.
If you would like to report a problem or to discuss an issue of concern contact the community wardens on 01787 372331 or by email email@example.com
